1.25Gbps InGaAs/InP APD-TIA Optical Receiver
This is an optical receiver with a 1.25Gigabits per second (Gbps) Avanlanche Photodiode-Transimpedance Amplifier (APD-TIA) integrated into a TO-46 package. It has been specifically developed for us in high speed data and telecommunication applications that require transmission between 900nm and 1650nm. This makes it ideal for us in transceivers and transponders.
Data rate up to 1.25Gbps
3.3V low-voltage operation
Package:TO-46
The product integrates a high speed Photodiode PIN and TIA with AGC.
